Each project begins with a personal consultation reviewing color preferences and architectural surroundings. We look at your flooring, wall colors and décor, and discuss your goal for the space. We then develop 2-3 samples for your inspection and selection. Once a selection is made, and the project is approved, we will create the paper in the studio. We then apply the Torn Paper piece-by-piece in a mosaic fashion.
We apply walls, ceilings, hoods, fireplaces and nitches. We can cover tables, crown moulding and furniture with Torn Paper.
Because Torn paper is hand-crafted and finished in the studio, most rooms can be applied in less than 1-2 days with minimal disruption to everyday life. Custom paint applications like faux or suede requires significantly more preparation, clean up and waste.
|
|
The business was started in 2005, and has expanded slowly from a one man operation
to several crews meticulously trained in the proprietary painting process.
The original founder still creates the final product by hand.
The Torn "Papers" start with a base coat and then are
custom painted in the studio to match the clients desired color theme and style.
We can replicate any look the client wants. Marble, Tree Bark, Suede, Copper
or Steel, even Venitian Plaster.
